We are a grass roots group of citizens advocating for the property rights of ALL property owners. We care about the culture and character of Fredericksburg Tx. We believe that a city's responsible growth needs the involvement of it’s citizens to help determine its destiny.
Who We Are
We are residents, hosts, management companies, local businesses, and other advocates who understand the value that private hosting brings to the Fredericksburg economy. We believe in fair and reasonable regulations of short-term rentals.
Our Vision

STR property owners are ultimately responsible for the performance of their properties.

The STR Alliance will issue a minimum standard for best practices for membership to the Alliance. These standards will be made available for public release.

The Alliance will work transparently with our neighbors and city government to become a consultative point of contact for the STR industry in Fredericksburg Tx.

To be good neighbors and work with our community and local government to provide safe and healthy accommodations for our guests, and support those whose livelihoods depend on the STR industry.
